1. Gold Envelope Offer: Each Golden Circle ticket to our special Festival of Stars shows in December 2023 is offered in a special gold envelope.

2. Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the named recipient.

3. No Cash Value: The ticket holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. Redemption: Must be redeemed on the night of the event.

5. Age Restriction: Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 and over.

INSTAGRAM LUCKY DRAW
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Soho Live, associated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter (for each Instagram post as part of the Lucky Draw):

   • Follow @soholivemusicclub and @pianobarsoho on Instagram.

   • Tag a friend in the comments who you would bring with you.

   • For an additional entry, share the contest post on your Instagram story.

   • Unless otherwise stated entries must be received by 11th December, 5:00 PM GMT.

   • Entries and Prize Winners must be over 18, at the the time of entry.

3. Prize Details: As detailed on the contest instagram post. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

4. Winner Selection and Notification: Unless otherwise stated the winner will be selected at random and notified via Instagram direct message on the 12th December. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

5. Rights Granted by Contest Entrants: By entering this contest, entrants understand and agree that Soho Live, anyone acting on behalf of Soho Live, and Soho Live’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without limitation, the entrant’s entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

6. Terms & Conditions: Soho Live reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Soho Live's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest.

7. Limitation of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Soho Live and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

8. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Soho Live website.

9. Disputes: This contest is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this contest, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in London having jurisdiction.

TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our tickets and box office is managed by a third party promoter called DICE, as part of our service agreement we are bound to their terms, conditions and refund policies. help@dice.fm is your first port of call if your require support. Our Concierge team can assist by additionally directly contacting DICE but we do not have direct control over the Box Office ticketing and payment system.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required.

1. Membership Benefits: Members are entitled to access a discounted ticket allocation for events hosted by Soho Live Music Club. However, discounted tickets are subject to availability and capacity limitations.

2. No Guarantee of Entry: Membership does not guarantee entry to any event. It is recommended that members reserve or book tickets in advance to ensure access to events.

3. Non-Renewal of Membership: The membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase and does not automatically renew. Members wishing to continue their membership must reapply each year.

4. Refunds and Cancellation: Soho Live Music Club reserves the right to cancel and refund any membership at any time for any reason. If a membership is cancelled by Soho Live Music Club, a pro-rata refund will be provided based on the remaining term of the membership.

5. Use of Membership: Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. Misuse of membership privileges may result in termination of the membership without refund.

6. Code of Conduct: Members must adhere to a code of conduct while attending events. Soho Live Music Club reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke membership without refund for those who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Soho Live Music Club reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Current members will be notified of any changes via email or through the Soho Live Music Club website.

8. Privacy Policy: Personal information collected during the membership application process will be used in accordance with the Soho Live Music Club’s privacy policy.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes arising in relation to these terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

VENUE OR EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Age Restriction: Entry to a Soho Live Music Club venue or event is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and over. Valid photo identification may be required.

2. Right to Refuse Service: Our hosts reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Serving alcohol to intoxicated guests is against our policy.

3. No Illegal Substances: The possession or use of illegal drugs within the premises is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate ejection and possible legal action.

4. Entry Discretion: Even with a ticket or membership, entry is not guaranteed. Our hosts have the discretion to refuse entry based on factors such as capacity, adherence to the dress code, or behaviour.

5. Dress Code: We maintain a smart dress to impress code. Guests not adhering to this dress code may be refused entry.

6. Behaviour and Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and appreciate the music and ambiance of the venue. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in ejection from the premises.

7. Licensing and Legal Compliance: All guests are expected to respect and adhere to licensing laws and other legal regulations while on the premises.

8. Respect for Neighbours: When leaving the venue, please do so quietly and respectfully, mindful of our neighbours.
