Your membership lasts for one year from purchase, or activation if you have received a gift membership and does not auto-renew.

Members are recommended to book a seat at our website, when purchasing tickets just click “Got a code?” enter your membership number and you have access to our our 50% discounted tickets for all your party, or complimentary cocktail lounge tickets. Reach out to your Concierge if you have difficulty booking.

If capacity allows, members can enjoy our cocktail lounges with up to 3 guests complimentary at our venues, usually priced at £10/person. These lounges have no direct view of the music. Members are recommended to book a place (complimentary with your membership code), and just £5 when spaces are limited.

When your membership is activated you receive your unique membership code via email. This code can be used in all our ticketing systems to unlock your special discounted membership tickets. Sometimes this email may end up in your Spam folder or if you have unsubscribed from our emails. If you need to be resubscribed or require us to resend your membership code please just reach out to concierge@soho.live

Our venues and hosts reserved the right to refund unused membership at any time for any reason, and does not guarantee right of entry. Most venues are subject to Westminster’s licensing conditions and are over 18s only.

Members Walk-In Information
At The Piano Bar Soho, we often have room for walk-ins in our cocktail lounge areas during our opening hours, subject to legal capacity and unless a private event has booked a space. These areas, set apart from the main stage/bar, are typically available Wednesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, space is scarcer due to high demand, so booking a cocktail lounge ticket in advance is advisable for guaranteed entry. To catch specific shows, secure your spot with tickets using your member's code, which grants you 50% off all ticket prices and access to premium seating.
Operating hours at The Piano Bar Soho are from 5:30pm to 11pm, Wednesday to Saturday, with the final entry permitted at 10pm.

Members Walk-In Information
Alfie's boasts a spacious members-only bar at the rear, welcoming members and up to three guests during our opening hours, subject to legal capacity and excluding occasional private bookings.
While this bar area offers limited views of our live music, members desiring a closer look should consider booking tickets. Use your member code to snag tickets at half price and secure the best seats available.
For those keen on our Night Train series - our late-night gigs on Saturdays starting at 10:30pm - members can book free tickets in advance.
Our doors are open from 6pm to midnight, with last admission at 10pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. On Fridays and Saturdays, we extend our hours from 6pm to 1am, with last entry at 11:30pm
